Growing at Connecting Point means spiritual formation.  Growing is where faith gets lived out 7 days a week: Sunday morning, Tuesday at noon, and Friday after 5pm, work, home, and play. Growing means faith increasing and developing as it goes from the conceptual to the practical to the everyday.  Growing is participation in things like worship, small groups, bible studies, and impacting the community, but also blurring the line where 'church stuff' happens and where the rest of life begins.  We believe faith grows best when it meets the rest of life.

Adult Sunday School

The Adult Sunday School class meets weekly (September to May) before worship at 9:30am in the sanctuary of the church for an hour. The class focuses on one passage a week with fantastic learning material and discussion. The study is open to all.

More about Feasting on the Word:

The new Feasting on the Word Curriculum: Teaching the Revised Common Lectionary is an ecumenical resource that incorporates the uniqueness of the award-winning Feasting on the Word commentaries. This curriculum begins with a solid scriptural and theological base for leaders and invites leaders and learners deeper into the rhythm of the church year. It utilizes a common Bible passage for all learners, making it easy for families to learn and live out their faith together.

Wednesday Night Study and Potluck

Our Wednesday Night Study and Potluck is an excellent place to connect with Christ and Connecting Point through a shared meal and discussion. Join us as we explore faith and ask burning questions in a safe environment. This group meets the first and third Wednesdays of the month (September to May) at 6pm at various homes. Child care is provided. For more information, visit our Facebook Event Page.

The current study is based on Rob Bell's Nooma videos. A short video is followed by honest, deep discussion.
